Friendly guy at Shruti Musicals who was overly curious about where I got Satchwhoopie: Sure we can fix it. Are you new to the instrument?
Me: Yeah. I guess I was a little hasty. She's just a day old. Man, I feel like crap.
Friendly guy: No sweat. It's like losing your milk teeth.
Me: Metaphorically, that would mean I've made progress?
Friendly guy: It's a start. It's a lot better than this dismembered guitar we just received.(it's the poor thing on the chair...they call it "major surgery")
